Really friendly and competent staff. Tasty breakfast with various choices (and until 10:30). Very nice private pool. Lots of Restaurants and Entertainment nearby and the Center can be reached by foot in 10 minutes. Late Checkout was also possible.

Hotel was nice, quiet, room was large the gym and pool was up there with some of the best hotels I've stayed in anywhere, we were hugely surprised. Overall, very happy with our stay.

We enjoyed the pool, it was great to cool off in the hot weather. The buffet breakfast was great with tasty omelets. The rooms were very clean and quiet even though there was some construction next door, we didn't hear anything

Very welcoming at reception from when you first entry the hotel. I am here on a vacation with my family and we arrived 2 hours before check-in, the concierge could see we just wanted to go to the room and then kids the pool so they were accommodating and checked us in immediately, with an upgrade to junior suite. Pool outside is so nice and we enjoyed this everyday in-between activities. They have sauna which I did not really use as outside was a sauna. The inside pool was nice and gym well equipped.

We booked last minute and the staff was very accommodating. Rooms were spacious, staff is very friendly and helps you with anything. We also made use of the laundry service and it was done quick and well! Indoor and outdoor swimming pool available, sadly we were to late to book a massage but those are also available! Also not far from shopping, restaurant and cafes.

Most comfortable bed in Albania. And huge. Great outdoor pool. Location ideal close to everything. Just get bus from main station and drops you 100 metres away. Cleaning staff so friendly and nice. Engaged in conversation and genuinely looked like they enjoyed being there.Front desk so helpful.

Hotel in center tirana next to albania stadium and walking to all cafes and malls .. hotel is fair and good value coffee money but needs renovation and upgrade to be modern
